Emergency service by request
A boiler that dies in January with children or elderly relatives at home, a cylinder leaking through a ceiling, air conditioning failing in a server room or a restaurant kitchen. Tell us what is happening and we will tell you honestly how fast we can get there.

Signs you need this
If you smell gas, do not use light switches, plugs or anything that could make a spark. Open doors and windows, turn the gas off at the meter if you can do so safely, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 (England, Scotland and Wales). If you suspect carbon monoxide, get everyone into fresh air, call the same number and get medical advice if anyone feels unwell. Call us once the emergency service has made it safe.
For everything else, call us with the address and the symptoms. In a cold snap, plenty of no-heat calls turn out to be a frozen condensate pipe or low boiler pressure, and we can sometimes talk you through a safe fix over the phone.
