How much does a plan cost?
It depends on the number and type of systems. Tell us what you have and we’ll send a written quote.
Is this the same as boiler cover?
No. A service plan is planned maintenance: scheduled visits that keep systems safe and efficient. It is not an insurance policy, so repairs are quoted separately when they are needed.
When are visits scheduled?
Boilers ideally before winter, air conditioning before summer, and landlord checks to match each certificate’s anniversary date.
Can a plan cover several properties?
Yes. Landlord and business plans can cover multiple properties or sites on one schedule.
