Installation
Units sized to the room and its windows, with the outdoor unit, pipe route and condensate planned before we quote.
Air conditioning
Quiet split and multi-split systems for bedrooms, loft conversions, top-floor flats, home offices and shops. Most also heat efficiently, so the same unit earns its keep in spring and autumn.

Error codes, leaks, ice and warm air traced to the real fault. We find refrigerant leaks before we re-gas anything.
Filters, coils, drains and fans cleaned, and the system checked, so it is ready before the first hot week.
What we handle
The hard part of air conditioning in a British home is rarely the unit. It is where the outdoor unit can go, how the pipes run, where the water drains and who needs to agree. We work that out first, so the quote is the real one.
Questions
It depends on the property and where the outdoor unit goes. Flats, listed buildings and homes in conservation areas often need permission or consent, and leaseholders usually need the freeholder’s consent as well. We check what applies before we quote.
Yes. Most modern split systems are reversible heat pumps and heat a room efficiently, which makes them a useful top-up for rooms the central heating does not serve well.
Modern indoor units are quiet on their lower settings. We site the outdoor unit away from bedroom windows and neighbours wherever the building allows, and check this at the survey.
A single split system is often fitted in a day. Multi-split systems and long pipe routes take longer.
Yes, after we find and fix the leak. The system is sealed; if it is low on refrigerant, it has leaked somewhere. Re-gassing without a repair usually means paying twice.
